Job Description
- Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including corporate, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
- Prepare and review regulatory reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and validate data for reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements in tax and reporting operations.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
- Provide technical tax advice to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Tax & Regulatory Reporting Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or taxation (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
- Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance and reporting processes within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in managing regulatory reporting and liaising with tax authorities.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment such as Richmond.
