About the Role
BettingJobs is currently seeking an Affiliate Program Director with a North American focus for an established sportsbetting and casino operator at the sharp end of the market. In this role, you will be expected to lead strategy, implement and analyse the affiliate program. You will nurture vital agency and publisher relationships while simultaneously interpreting data and validating that affiliate results are achieving the necessary ROI. Responsibilities: Oversee affiliate program operations for a portfolio of casino brands. Lead and mentor a team of affiliate managers to drive revenue growth. Identify and recruit new partners, manage existing relationships, and re-activate dormant accounts. Set and track sales and margin goals, reporting on team and individual performance. Maintain high standards of partner communication and service. Coordinate with internal teams to address affiliate needs. Monitor industry trends and provide training on affiliate management. Proactively pursue partnership opportunities across various channels. Requirements: Experience managing affiliate programs focused on North American markets. Strong leadership background with a track record in coaching and team management. Experience in casino affiliate or similar digital channels (sportsbook a plus). Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills. Data-driven with digital marketing expertise and advanced Excel skills. In-depth knowledge of online advertising models (CPM, CPC, CPA) and traffic channels (email, display, social, search, mobile, etc.).
