About Our Client Our client is a global law firm with a well‑established IP and technology transactions practice advising clients on complex commercial and intellectual property matters. The team supports technology‑focused transactions across multiple industry sectors, combining transactional, due diligence, and strategic IP advisory work in a collaborative, full‑service environment. Job Description - Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology and intellectual property agreements. - Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues related to technology transactions. - Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions with IP and tech-related matters. - Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for licensing agreements and IP portfolios. - Provide strategic counsel on data privacy and cybersecurity compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs effectively. - Stay updated on emerging trends in IP and technology law to ensure compliance and innovation. - Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and expert advice. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: - A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing. - Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and technology transactions. - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. - A collaborative mindset with a commitment to client service and professional growth.
