About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations by assembling, filling, packaging, and palletizing products. This role will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, maintain a clean workspace, and safely use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Requirements: 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience required (certification preferred) Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment Experience with RF scanners, WMS/ERP systems, and basic computer skills preferred Must pass background check and drug screening Key Responsibilities: Operate filling, packaging, and assembly equipment Build, wrap, and label pallets Perform quality checks and maintain production records Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area Support general warehouse and production tasks as needed
