What you will be doing
Leading on strategic pensions advice including benefit design, de-risking, funding, and accounting
Building strong client relationships, working closely with trustees and senior stakeholders
Taking ownership of key deliverables including valuations, funding plans, and statutory work
Reviewing and guiding junior team members, helping shape a high-performing team culture
Collaborating across investment, risk, and consulting teams on broader client solutions

About you
Qualified Actuary (or nearly qualified)
Experience in pensions or transferable actuarial background
Strong communicator with confidence working with senior stakeholders
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress your career in consulting
