Senior Property Manager - Cheltenham
If you're a solid Property Manager who's fed up with being stretched too thin, firefighting all day, or stuck in a business that talks a good game but doesn't back it up, this will be worth a look.
This is a proper Senior Property Manager role in Cheltenham where you'll have the autonomy to run your portfolio like an adult, with support around you rather than pressure from above. It's a well-run office, steady portfolio, and a team that actually works together rather than against each other.
The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with just 1 in 6 Saturdays and even then it's a half day, not your whole weekend written off.
You'll be managing a residential portfolio end to end, dealing with landlords and tenants, handling maintenance, compliance, renewals, and all the usual moving parts. The difference here is you're not expected to spin plates blindly, you're trusted to manage properly.
They're looking for someone who already knows the job. You'll have experience as a Property Manager, be confident dealing with landlords, able to handle issues without escalating everything, and generally be the sort of person who keeps things ticking without drama.
In return, you're looking at a basic salary around £28,000 with on-target earnings in the £32,000 to £33,000 range. More importantly, it's a role where you can actually enjoy the job again without feeling like you're constantly on the back foot.
If you want a step up into a more senior, more respected position without walking into chaos, this is a good move.
