F&B Manager

For our client, a hotel in Krakow, we are looking for:

F&B Manager

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels or highly regarded restaurants
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of Micros and Opera software
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to develop the financial aspect of the department and optimize costs
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and English
• Excellent work organization and bar operations management skills
• Creativity, teamwork skills, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Managing the team and recruitment processes
• Maximizing revenue and profits
• Monitoring and reporting financial results in line with the budget
• Controlling purchases and inventory, analyzing usage reports
• Implementing strategies and corrective plans
• Serving VIP guests and managing complaints
• Applying laws and licensing regulations
• Supervising the condition of menus and cards
• Managing product quality and the presentation of food and beverages
