Security Install Engineer Manager

Job Title: Security Install Engineer Manager Location: South East Salary: From £45k to £48k per annum + Car + Bonus Are you looking for a Security Install Engineer Manager position working across the South East? As a Security Install Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for leading installation teams, supporting the delivery of security projects, and providing technical expertise across CCTV, access control and intruder systems. You will be working for a leading fire and security business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions. Responsibilities: ● Manage and support a team of Security Systems Installers ● Provide technical support across CCTV, access control and intruder systems ● Oversee multiple installation projects valued between £2,000 and £50,000 ● Attend client meetings, kick-off meetings and site visits ● Carry out site audits and engineer audits ● Support performance management and development across the team ● Work closely with senior management to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably ● Assist with on-site project delivery when required Experience and Certifications Required: ● A minimum of 5 years' experience within the security systems industry ● Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems ● Experience managing or supervising engineering teams ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ● Experience overseeing multiple installation projects simultaneously ● Full UK driving licence Please apply with an up-to-date CV for more information.
