Recruitment Internship (Remote / Hybrid – Amsterdam)

Human Capital is offering a paid internship for Bachelor’s or Master’s students who want hands-on experience in Recruitment and Human Resources within a fast-paced, international environment. About the internship Start date: As soon as possible Duration: Minimum of 24/32 hours per week for 6 months Location: Amsterdam (remote or hybrid options) You’ll join an experienced team where you’ll learn the ins and outs of professional recruitment — from sourcing talent to closing roles and everything in between. What you’ll do Source and attract candidates using leading job boards, professional networks, and creative recruitment methods. Match top talent with client opportunities Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients Write and optimize job ads Keep candidate data up to date in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Help create engaging content to strengthen our social media presence and employer brand. Contribute ideas to training and development projects Who we’re looking for Fluent written and spoken English Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field Highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented executor who follows procedures precisely Comfortable working independently (remote-friendly setup) Own laptop, webcam, and a reliable internet connection Must commit to a minimum of 24/32 hours per week for 6 months Based in the Netherlands or anywhere in the EU with valid work rights Takes ownership of mistakes and drives improvement
