Senior Accountant Manufacturing

<div>Must have Manufacturing experience.</div> <div> </div> <div> <p class="MsoNormal">Senior Accountant</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant/Controller with expertise in manufacturing to manage financial activities for a company in Cleveland, OH.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">An excellent opportunity for a professional with solid manufacturing background to take ownership of financial processes, collaborate with leadership, and ensure accuracy and efficiency.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> Responsibilities:</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">· Supervise accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, payroll, tax compliance, cash management, and general ledger</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Lead monthly and year-end close processes to deliver timely financial reports</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Manage cost accounting and inventory control</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Coordinate external audits and manage vendor relationships</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Mentor accounting assistant and monitor financial metrics</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Oversee tax planning and compliance</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Act as a financial liaison to executive leadership</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> <p class="MsoNormal">Qualifications:</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">· Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel, and Word</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· 6-10 years of accounting/finance experience with manufacturing background</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Strong organizational and leadership skills</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Ability to manage multiple duties and prioritize tasks</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Equal Opportunity Employer.
