Someone who can turn complex business logic into complete solutions and push the boundaries of low-code development. Does this sound like your kind of challenge? If so, let's get in touch! What you'll do Building Power Platform solutions from the initial stage of data and requirement acquisition to their final release Creating container-based, scalable UIs in Canvas Apps or views in Model Driven apps Transforming business logic into Power Automate flows / Logic Apps Planning ERD database schemas for SharePoint or Dataverse solutions and their execution including implementation of security models Conducting peer code review and performing optimization of existing code in challenging scenarios Working closely on small to medium scale projects with development teams of 3-6 people What you bring 4+ years of hands-on experience in creating Power Platform Solutions including Power Apps Canvas, Model Driven Apps, and Power Automate or Logic Apps Self-driven desire to build quality solutions with clean code Proficiency in working with Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL data sources Knowledge of Power Platform, DevOps or GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines Highly developed analytical and communication skills Fluency in both English and Polish language, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.   Nice to have Background in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence or Artificial Intelligence Capability to build and integrate with Power BI dashboards including knowledge of DAX / Power Query would be an asset Knowledge of PnP PowerShell and XRM Toolbox Proficiency in Git, Python, .NET, YAML, SQL, FetchXML, JavaScript/Typescript, React Ability to create PCF or SPFx components and Dataverse plug-ins Experience in leading technical teams, ability to work in a team and mentor less experienced members of the team Elementary knowledge of Agile / SCRUM / DevOps,  Previous experiences with Azure cloud including Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Sustainability Manager Microsoft certification: PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-600 What’s in it for you Flexible working hours  Remote, hybrid or work in office – it up to you, but we’d like to meet at the office at least once a month.  A dedicated Buddy to support you through onboarding  Private health insurance (UNUM up to PLN 350,000, advanced up to PLN 500,000)  Co-funding for PZU, Medicover or LuxMed medical packages  Multisport card  Access to training platforms (MS certificates, SQL BI, internal Delivery Excellence Workshops)  Breakfasts, fruit, snacks, and always-chilled drinks in the office  Anniversary gifts and quarterly integration budgets  Paid referral program (up to PLN 8,000)  „It’s good to stay with us” – PLN 2,500 voucher after 3 years with the company
