About the Role
To strengthen our business development team, we are looking for a
Junior Account Manager
based in Erlangen, Germany.
You will work closely with and report to the company’s Account Manager, building relationships with business partners worldwide and maintaining existing partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
Build, manage, and expand relationships with international business and licensing partners
Prepare, document, and structure partner information, agreements, and communication history
Handle day-to-day account management via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner visits in Germany and abroad
Expected Qualifications
2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, or a similar role
Background or strong interest in agriculture (e.g., practical experience or experience in an agriculture-related company)
Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, solution-oriented mindset
High level of service orientation, reliability, and proactivity
Independent, well-organized work style with attention to detail
Native-level German and fluent English skills
What would be a plus?
Passion for video games
Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Class B driver’s license for business travel
Portuguese or Spanish communication skills
