- The SAP Functional Consultant – SAP PM/EAM will be responsible for configuring, implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Srong expertise in SAP PM processes, S/4HANA migrations, integration management, and stakeholder collaboration within enterprise SAP environments.
- Configure, implement, maintain, and support SAP PM/EAM solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, including ECC to S/4HANA transformations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, super users, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
- Support project phases including blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, hypercare, and production support.
- Configure SAP PM modules and implement custom solutions to address business process requirements.
- Ensure smooth integration between SAP PM and other SAP modules, particularly Materials Management (MM).
- Work closely with technical consultants to support developments, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare project documentation, process guidelines, models, diagrams, and functional design specifications.
- Support incident management, ticket resolution, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM/Plant Maintenance processes and migration programs.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications and SAP PM standard business processes in S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration flows and cross-module integrations.
- Ability to communicate effectively between business stakeholders and technical/functional teams.
- Experience writing business blueprints, functional specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, master data management, and SAP best practices.
- Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience working in cross-functional project teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps within SAP project environments is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of ABAP debugging and custom developments is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, within multinational environments.
