Overview:
A leading ready mix concrete producer is seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee dispatch operations for a high-volume 1 million cubic yard per year ready mix operation in Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily dispatch operations to ensure efficient scheduling and on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate drivers, equipment, and plant production to maximize customer service.
- Monitor fleet utilization, route efficiency, and delivery performance.
- Work closely with operations, sales, and plant personnel to meet customer demand.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ready mix dispatch or operations experience.
- Previous Dispatch Manager, Dispatch Supervisor, or Operations leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of ready mix logistics, scheduling, fleet management, and customer service.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
