About the Role
About the role: Justteachers are working with a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking Primary school in Salford Quays. They are committed to fostering the development of both academic and social skills, enabling children to thrive in a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. They are looking for a Level 2 TA to join their Y1 team, you will play a key role in ensuring every child receives the best possible start to their educational journey The role is full time on long term supply and to start in September 2026. Key Responsibilities: Support the learning and development of children in the Y1 class, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. Assist with planning and delivering engaging, child-centered activities in line with the Y1 curriculum. Pre-requisites: Level 2 TA Qualification. KS1 experience is preferred but not essential Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. A patient, caring, and positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
