Start Date: Monday, May 4, 2026
Pay rate 25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (MT)
Post-training: Multiple schedules available

Client Solutions Specialist Responsibility:
Assist clients via inbound calls with credit and short-term lending needs
Ask thoughtful questions to uncover financial goals and recommend tailored solutions
Support servicing needs while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships
Educate clients on banking products like credit cards, checking/savings, and lending options
Deliver a seamless, empathetic, and personalized client experience
Collaborate with internal partners for specialized financial needs
Manage risk responsibly in every interaction
Client Solutions Specialist, Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience (call center, banking, or related field)
High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent)
Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays
Ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive in a performance-driven environment
