Are you a seasoned expert in manufacturing or production environments with a passion for optimizing operations? We’re seeking an accomplished Production Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead, elevate, and innovate in a dynamic setting. Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in production or operations management
• Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes and procedures
• Ability to analyze complex operational data and diagnose issues
• Excellent communication and training skills to mentor teams
• Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with oil & gas or energy sector production environments
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related methodologies
• Prior experience in technical training or instructional design
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory documentation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production or operations roles, with demonstrated SME expertise

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (schedule 5/2)
• Candidate has option to use personal truck or agency-provided truck allowance; no per diem offered. Clean driving record required
• Availability for potential travel to related sites or training sessions
