About the Role

Title- Senior Director, Commercial Forecasting-PHARMA
Location -South Central NJ (hybrid 2x week in office is desired) Relo provided
Salary $270-283k + bonus + LTI

The Sr. Director, Head of Forecasting will lead the North American forecasting function, developing strategy, methodologies, processes, and technologies that support informed decision-making and planning across the organization. This leader will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, FP&A, and Global Forecasting to deliver accurate, insightful, and actionable forecasts for both in-line and pipeline products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead forecast development, integrating market research and secondary data, and driving alignment on key assumptions and scenario planning.
  • Will need to have a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex information to senior leadership.
  • Will  lead continuous improvement efforts, influence cross-functional partners, and ensure forecast outputs reflect market dynamics, brand opportunities, and risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting or consulting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Expertise in data sources such as IQVIA, claims, and EPI data
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Experience managing direct reports and presenting to executives
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
