About the Role
What You’ll Do
Purchasing & Vendor Support
Order materials, products, and supplies to keep inventory stocked and operations moving
Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors (both domestic and international)
Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery
Help review pricing and timelines to get the best value
Resolve any issues with orders, delays, or product quality
Inventory Management
Keep a close eye on inventory levels and help ensure products are always available when needed
Perform cycle counts and assist with full inventory checks
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Maintain accurate records using inventory or warehouse systems
Work with the warehouse team to ensure items are received, labeled, and stored correctly
Data & Reporting
Help prepare reports related to inventory, purchasing, and costs
Review usage trends to support planning and forecasting
Keep organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory updates
Team Collaboration
Partner with customer service, sales, and logistics teams to meet customer needs
Support new product launches and process improvements
Jump in on special projects when needed
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable working with numbers, data, and inventory systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams
Problem-solver who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain is a plus
