Industrial Cleaner – Now Hiring!

HM Staffing is looking for reliable, hard-working Industrial Cleaners to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment within our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize machinery, equipment, and work areas

• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in industrial spaces

• Remove debris, waste, and recyclable materials

• Perform routine deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled

• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals/equipment properly

• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

• WILL BE OPERATING A LIFT, MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS

• Comfortable working around machinery and in fast-paced environments

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
