Associate Solicitor – Residential Real Estate Finance / Lending (Conveyancing)

A top City law firm is looking to recruit a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its highly regarded & prolific Real Estate Finance team, focusing on Residential Finance work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong Residential Property Conveyancing experience who is keen to move into a city firm and develop their experience on the mortgage finance side.

The role:

The role will involve acting for major lenders as well as borrowers on residential purchase transactions involving mortgage finance, including buy-to-let matters. This is a busy, fast-paced role where responsiveness, accuracy and meeting lender service levels are key.

What you offer:

• The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor, ideally around 1–2 years’ PQE, with strong Residential Property / Residential Conveyancing experience.
• Specific Real Estate Finance or residential lending experience is not essential, provided you have a solid grounding in residential conveyancing and a genuine interest in moving into residential property finance.
• You should be confident handling residential purchase matters involving mortgage finance, have a good understanding of compliance, and be comfortable working in a deadline-driven team.
