As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will take the lead on complex advisory projects, support and challenge clients with confidence, and work closely with the Tax Partners to develop the service offering. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior colleagues while influencing the direction of the tax team.

Corporate Tax Senior Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead on advisory projects including reorganisations, business sales, group structuring, and cross-border tax matters
• Provide high-level review and oversight of corporate tax compliance across your client portfolio
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and technical insight
• Contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of the corporate tax offering
• Support and mentor junior team members, playing a key role in their progression

• CTA Qualified
• Demonstrated experience in a senior corporate tax role with a focus on advisory
• Confident operating at a strategic level, with excellent client-facing skills
• Enjoys mentoring, team leadership and contributing to business growth
• Commercially astute and technically strong with a solutions-led approach
