Forklift Driver

Job Title: Forklift Drivers – Day Shift Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm Are you an experienced Forklift Driver looking for a new opportunity with a reputable and forward-thinking employer? Our large Ipswich-based client is offering excellent packages and a clean, modern working environment. Forklift refresher courses can be potentially arranged for experienced forklift drivers! Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts. Pick, pack, load and unload products as per customer specifications. Perform general warehouse duties efficiently and safely. Maintain and report on the operational effectiveness of equipment and machinery. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Health & Safety policies. Keep personal PPE in good condition and follow safety procedures at all times. Work collaboratively within a team and take responsibility for individual tasks. Seek training and stay up to date with industry best practices. Skills & Experience Required Valid Forklift License and operational experience (Counterbalance). Previous warehouse and manual handling experience. Good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organised, punctual, and a proactive team player. Flexible and practical approach to tasks. Packing experience preferred. Our client will apply for a DBS check on your behalf.
