About The Role People, Culture & Engagement Partner đ Location: Worcester Park and Horley â° Hours: 37.5 hours per week đ· Salary: Up to ÂŁ45,000 (dependent on experience) About the role Weâre looking for a People, Culture & Engagement Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, engaging, and connected employee experience across our organisation. This role is all about bringing our people story to life, driving engagement initiatives, strengthening our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and ensuring clear, consistent, and meaningful communication throughout the employee lifecycle. Youâll work closely with leaders and stakeholders to help employees feel informed, valued, and engaged at every stage of their journey with us. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who blends creativity with data-driven insight , and who is genuinely passionate about people, culture, and storytelling. Key responsibilities (what youâll be doing) Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives that enhance culture and connection Develop and embed a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Create clear, engaging internal communications and campaigns Analyse engagement survey results and employee feedback to drive meaningful action Partner with leaders to support engagement and communication across teams Manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively, ensuring high-quality delivery Key skills & competencies Creative, people-focused, and detail-oriented Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills Proactive, solutions-driven mindset High level of professionalism and confidentiality Essential experience 3â5 yearsâ experience in employee engagement, internal communications, HR, or a related role Proven experience delivering engagement initiatives and communication campaigns Strong written communication and storytelling skills Experience working with engagement surveys and employee feedback tools Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously About Us Trinity is an award-winning care provider , proudly rated âOutstandingâ by the CQC â placing us in the top 4% of care companies in the UK .
