We are partnering with a privately held real estate investment platform that is scaling thoughtfully and seeking a proven capital markets leader to originate, structure, and execute equity capital raises aligned with long-term strategy. What you’ll own: Lead equity capital raising efforts from origination through close Build and expand trusted relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, RIAs, and aligned private investors Craft and deliver compelling investor narratives that clearly communicate vision, growth, and value creation Partner closely with executive leadership to align capital strategy with business objectives Own investor communications, materials, and ongoing relationship management This role is for you if: You have a demonstrated track record raising private equity within real estate or adjacent investment platforms Your investor network is built on credibility, trust, and long-term relationships You can translate sophisticated financial strategy into a clear, compelling story You are entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable with accountability and visibility Why this opportunity stands out: This is a true seat at the table.
