Operations Manager

We combine policy, politics, and grassroots advocacy to advance pro-life laws and educate voters on where elected officials stand on protecting the unborn.

As Operations Manager, you’ll be a vital connector between staff and the Operations/IT teams—solving problems, managing logistics, and ensuring our offices and systems function efficiently every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, anticipates needs, and finds satisfaction in creating order, efficiency, and excellent support.

Reporting directly to the Director of Information Technology, you’ll gain exposure to operations, logistics, IT, finance support, and systems management, all while contributing to a mission that truly matters.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee office and remote staff supply needs, inventory, and fulfillment
• Coordinate office operations for Headquarters and Townhouse locations
• Serve as a point of contact for building management, vendors, and maintenance needs
• Manage conference room scheduling, A/V setup, and office event support
• Track and assist with IT help desk tickets, onboardings, and offboardings
• Maintain Operations and IT inventory and assist with vendor relationships
• Support Operations and IT projects, including CRM platform assistance
• Help ensure office spaces are welcoming, functional, and mission-ready

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Teams a plus
