<h3>Role Overview</h3>
<p>We are in search of a <strong>Safety Supervisor</strong> to oversee, implement, and enhance the company’s safety programs. This hands-on leadership position, based in the office, is tasked with ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations, minimizing workplace hazards, and cultivating a safety-focused environment within engineering, manufacturing, and field installation teams.</p>
<p>Reporting directly to senior management, this role will be the go-to expert for all safety-related endeavors.</p>

<h3>Main Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Create, execute, and update company-wide safety protocols and guidelines</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Guarantee compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations on all levels</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Perform routine safety evaluations, inspections, and risk evaluations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Take charge of incident inquiries and carry out corrective and preventive actions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Handle workers’ compensation cases and implement return-to-work plans</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct safety training sessions for manufacturing and field teams</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage and revise safety documentation, reports, and compliance records</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor and report crucial safety metrics (TRIR, DART, near-miss reports, etc.)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with operations and project teams to embed safety in project planning</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Foster a proactive safety culture through involvement and responsibility</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Preferably possess a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field</p>
</li>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish and English </li>
<li>
<p>At least 5 years of safety management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Thorough understanding of OSHA rules and compliance stipulations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience in supporting field installations or project-oriented operations is a plus</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>OSHA 30 certification mandatory; CSP or ASP certification advantageous</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>History of conducting incident inquiries and root cause analyses</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong leadership, communication, and training presentation capabilities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Aptitude for influencing culture and upholding team accountability</p>
</li>
