About the role
As a Digital & eCommerce Expert you will support the brand teams in delivering their brand goals within the local market through effective activation across owned digital channels. You will help implement and optimise initiatives across local websites, adapt global and regional online marketing activations for the market, ensure compliance with privacy requirements, and coordinate the delivery of scalable digital content through agency partners and digital tools.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimise customer experience via local websites & digital platforms.
Manage precision marketing programs.
Activate always-on content and category trigger campaigns (e.g. using owned channels).
Continuous work and follow-up to strengthen and optimize the visibility in search (SEO, AI-search, etc.).
Support internal and customer’s eCommerce activation platforms.
Monitor and report on digital performance.
Align with privacy and compliance policies.
Work closely with Product, Sales, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication on local, regional and global level.
Key Requirements
Master’s degree.
At least 4 years’ experience in digital marketing (including websites management).
Experience in digital campaigns activation and execution.
Experience in content management and optimization.
Results orientated – highly accountable and focused on delivering results.
Problem solving and adaptability.
Ability to work in cross-functional matrix environments in multinational organization.
Project Management skills.
MS Office working knowledge.
Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and Polish.
