About the Role
Join our dedicated Locality Team in Wirral as an Adult's Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in supporting adults within our community. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of individuals, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Your expertise will contribute to safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their well-being and independence. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive assessments and reviews of service users’ needs. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate support and services. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework and interventions. Providing guidance and support to less experienced staff and contributing to team development. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience working in adult social care, particularly in a locality setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with a person-centered approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and professionals alike.
