Key Responsibilities Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties Conducting property viewings and providing professional feedback Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors Progressing sales through to completion Generating new business and identifying valuation opportunities Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process Requirements Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency Strong negotiation and communication skills Target driven with a proactive and positive attitude Excellent customer service skills Ability to work well within a team and independently Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What’s on Offer Basic salary £27,000–£28,000 depending on experience Attractive commission structure Opportunity to work with a well-respected independent agency Friendly and supportive team environment Career progression opportunities
