About the Role
<p><strong>Refuse Loader needed in Kidderminster Paying £12.71 per hr ref 1750914</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong> </p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Collect and load household, recycling, and commercial waste onto collection vehicles.</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to complete daily collection routes.</li>
<li>Ensure waste is collected safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Assist the driver with route operations and navigation where required.</li>
<li>Report any issues, hazards, or damaged bins to supervisors.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with members of the public.</li>
<li>Ensure collection areas are left clean and tidy.</li>
</ul>
