General Factory Operative Abatec is currently recruiting General Factory Operatives for our established manufacturing clients in the Highbridge/Weston area. This is a long-term, permanent opportunity offering stable employment, training, and career progression in a supportive team environment. Early finish on Fridays Free on-site parking Long-term career development Key Responsibilities: Carrying out manufacturing and assembly work (including facilities units) Operating a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively General production and warehouse duties Manual handling and other physical tasks Adhering to all health & safety procedures Skills & Experience: Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not essential Confidence using tools and equipment Forklift licence desirable but not required Keen attention to detail Willingness to learn – full training provided for the right candidates Please note: This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that involves physical/manual work and regular use of tools.
