About the Role

It focuses on delivering indulgent products, strong brand presence, and continuous innovation within the premium dessert category Functieomschrijving Fully Lead Perfect Store Online agenda: Visual and Written Content Creation Process for retailer.coms (Walmart, Tesco, Ocado etc) Working very closely with Brand teams, Content Management Agency Be the go-to person for Omnichannel, Pureplayers and Rapid Grocery for all things conversion & competitive growth, from commercial to retail media excellence. Closely connect and work with markets on understanding their monthly performance and supporting them where they need, sharing regular updates with senior dcom stakeholders. Work closely with Insights team and local dcom teams to run shopper research for the business questions to get applicable insights on retailer platforms. Codify WINs & FAILs from key markets and cascade them through global learning sessions Define & Execute experiments on relevant dcom models in key markets, full ownership of online grocery budget. Profiel Available from July 2026 to July 2027 + potential for extension Not in need of sponsorship 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce or digital commerce, ideally within FMCG, retailer, pure‑player, or digital commerce agency environments Proven hands‑on ownership of retailer.com content (visual and written) and conversion performance Strong understanding of online grocery, omnichannel, and pure‑player platforms (e.g. Walmart, Tesco, Ocado) Experience driving conversion optimization through performance tracking, experimentation, and test‑and‑learn approaches Data‑literate and shopper‑centric, able to translate insights into clear actions and measurable results Comfortable working cross‑functionally with brand teams, insights, agencies, and local dCommerce teams Able to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment, supporting and influencing multiple markets Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clearly share learnings (WINs & FAILs) Proactive, structured, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership for their agenda and outcomes Aanbod €5000 - €7000 per month based on 40h and experience Contract from July 2026 to July 2027 + potential of extension 40 hours/week Hybrid (60%/40%) Travel allowance Pension scheme International environment Contact Francesco Proietti Referentienummer JN-042026-7005740 Telefoon +31205789470
