<p><strong>BMS Commissioning Engineers (Trend / Tridium / ALC)</strong><br /> Location: London & M25 (90% within area)<br /> Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE + Overtime (OTE £60k+) + £5,000 Car Allowance<br /> Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm</p>

<p><strong>Overview</strong><br /> We are recruiting for a leading independent BMS specialists, one of the oldest and largest in the UK, delivering high-profile commercial projects across London and the Southeast. Due to continued growth, they are seeking BMS Commissioning Engineers at all levels.</p>

<p><strong>Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Commissioning of BMS systems (Trend / Tridium / Niagara)</li>
<li>Point-to-point checks, functional testing, system validation</li>
<li>Fault finding and diagnostics</li>
<li>Working alongside Project Managers and site teams</li>
<li>Leading commissioning activities on larger projects (senior level)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Trend and/or Tridium (Niagara)</li>
<li>ALC experience desirable</li>
<li>Strong HVAC / building services knowledge</li>
<li>Previous BMS commissioning experience</li>
<li>Ability to read schematics and control strategies</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Package</strong></p>

<li>£40,000 – £50,000 DOE</li>
<li>£5,000 car allowance</li>
<li>Regular overtime available (OTE £60k+)</li>
<li>Overtime rates: time and a half (Saturday), double time (Sunday)</li>
