This role partners closely with radiologist leadership, practice managers, and health system stakeholders to optimize physician scheduling, productivity, and performance while supporting physician engagement, strategic growth initiatives, and sustainable growth.</span></p><p style="margin:4.5pt 0in;"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;">In addition to overseeing physician-based profit and loss (P&L), this role is integrated into daily radiology physician operations and provides ongoing administrative and operational support.
