<p data-start="225" data-end="526">We are a Huddersfield-based medical products wholesaler supplying healthcare providers and commercial customers across the UK. With an established operational infrastructure and a strong market presence, we are now entering an exciting new phase of growth with the launch of a pharmaceutical division.</p>
<p data-start="528" data-end="728">To support this transition, we are seeking an experienced <strong data-start="586" data-end="620">Fractional Operations Director</strong> to provide hands-on leadership, operational structure, and strategic oversight during this critical period.</p>

<h2 data-start="735" data-end="746">The Role</h2>
<p data-start="748" data-end="865">This is a <strong data-start="758" data-end="793">site-based role in Huddersfield</strong>, working <strong data-start="803" data-end="824">2–3 days per week</strong> for an initial <strong data-start="840" data-end="864">3–6 month engagement</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="867" data-end="1181">You will take responsibility for managing and developing a team of 12 staff across warehousing, logistics, and operations, while preparing the business operationally for the launch of a new pharmaceutical division. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and practical implementation.</p>
