Block Property Manager – what's in it for you? £32,000 basic salary, rising with serviceOpportunity for further development and support with TPI qualifications Monday - Friday only, enjoy your weekends!Hybrid option after probationCompany pension - plan for your future!Your role as a Block Property Manager:Assisting with effective management of the residential block management portfolio Be the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders and residents Deal with all aspects of the portfolio assigned, including site visits and any repairs Ensure company hits service agreement levels Maximise property assets for freeholders and leaseholder Assist with the service charge collection Assisting with managed property repairs and maintenance enquiries – ensuring satisfactory completion of works and liaising with contractors, utility companies, landlord clients and tenants. Arranging AGMsAssisting with the evaluation and amendments of budgets and accountsServing Section 20 noticesWhat we're looking for from a Block Property Manager:Previous property experience essential - those with backgrounds in residential or block property management consideredIRPM / TPI qualifications highly desirableYou will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills Able to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy Driving licence and access to own car is a mustThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Block Property Manager eager to take the next step in their career, joining a fantastic company.
