About the Role
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Customer Service Associate for a client of ours in Morrisville, NC. Candidate will work from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers
Organize information into an Excel document
Track customer complaints, requests, and upgrades to accounts
Assist customers with billing and account questions
Requirements
Previous Call Center and/or Retail experience
Must possess an excellent work tenure (i.e. no job-hopping)
Ability to work evening hours
Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
