You'll work closely with operations, project management, vendors, and field teams to help secure new work and drive profitable growth.Core ResponsibilitiesEstimate Management: Manage estimating team to track, prepare, and submit complete estimatesSOP Compliance: Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for EstimatingCost Estimates: Develop and prepare complete cost estimates for Labor, Materials, OH per projectMaterial Bills: Prepare bills of material and other information for use by Construction, Purchasing and AccountingBid Meetings: Attend pre-bid and pre-con meetings with ConstructionSite Visits: Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings as neededField Takeoffs: Perform field take-offs/evaluations for project estimate preparationDocument Review: Review project documents for accuracy and consistencyHandover Docs: Lead development of handover documents for the project teamCost Tracking: Assist construction personnel throughout the …
