We are supporting a highly successful and fast-growing engineering and facilities management business in the appointment of an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a pivotal, business-facing role.
With a turnover of approximately £60m and ambitious growth plans, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic organisation where the successful candidate will become a trusted right-hand support to the MD and play a key role in helping drive the day-to-day operation of the business.
This is far more than a traditional EA position. Alongside high-level executive support, the role will involve exposure to commercial operations, presentations, strategic projects, internal coordination and senior stakeholder management across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
Providing full Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director
Managing a complex and fast-moving diary and schedule
Coordinating national travel, meetings and business logistics
Preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports and board materials
Supporting business projects, operational initiatives and internal coordination
Assisting with meeting preparation, agendas and follow-up actions
Managing expenses and executive administration
Acting as a key point of coordination between senior stakeholders and departments
Supporting internal communications, branding and presentation standards
Reviewing documents, policies and business information where required
Helping translate ideas and business updates into polished, professional content
Supporting company events and wider business activities when needed
Candidate Profile
We are keen to speak with highly organised, polished and proactive Executive Assistants who are comfortable operating in a fast-paced commercial environment.
The successful candidate will be confident supporting senior leadership, capable of managing competing priorities and able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
Essential Experience
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Senior PA position supporting senior leadership
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation creation capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with discretion and professionalism
Comfortable operating within a fast-moving business environment
Highly Advantageous

Mobile Engineering / Technical Services environments

The Package
£50,000 – £70,000 salary depending on experience
