We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Software Development company based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Our client is building a secure, bank-grade AI infrastructure and developing cutting-edge applications designed to power the next generation of modern banking and financial services.

The person in this role will be responsible for designing, creating, and improving AI agents and orchestration for our client’s customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale products that bring large language models (LLMs) and machine learning capabilities to banks.
• Design, implement, and scale backend services and APIs that power the platform, ensuring reliability and high performance.
• Build interfaces and APIs connecting backend logic with modern web or mobile clients.
• Develop and maintain integrations with Encompass and other mortgage lending platforms, enabling seamless data exchange, workflow automation, and interoperability across systems.
• Work on scalability, load balancing, and performance tuning of web server backends with evolving workloads.

Requirements

• Advanced Level of English.
• Hands-on experience integrating with Encompass, including APIs, web services, SDKs, custom forms, business rules, workflow automation, or related mortgage lending system integrations.
• Familiarity with mortgage lending processes, loan origination systems (LOS), and mortgage/HELOC workflows.
• 5+ years of experience working in Python backend development (FastAPI preferred; Django or Flask acceptable).
• 2+ years of experience working with TypeScript and React.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
• Proficient with modern CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS.
• Experience deploying production applications on AWS or Azure.
• Familiar with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).
• Background working with AI engineers or data science teams.
