This is an exciting opportunity for a <strong data-start="242" data-end="267">Geotechnical Director</strong> to play a key role in shaping and expanding a geotechnical offering within a well-established consultancy.</p>

<p data-start="765" data-end="1088"><strong data-start="765" data-end="777">The Role</strong><br data-start="777" data-end="780" /> As a <strong data-start="785" data-end="810">Geotechnical Director</strong>, you will lead and grow the geotechnical function, oversee project delivery, and support business development. The <strong data-start="926" data-end="951">Geotechnical Director</strong> will manage client relationships, provide technical leadership, and contribute to strategic growth across the South East England region.</p>
<p data-start="1090" data-end="1114"><strong data-start="1090" data-end="1114">Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="1hwy3au" data-start="1115" data-end="1178">Lead geotechnical projects from concept through to delivery</li>
<li data-section-id="aedwj1" data-start="1179" data-end="1219">Develop and grow a geotechnical team</li>
<li data-section-id="1silv26" data-start="1220" data-end="1272">Drive business development and client engagement</li>
<li data-section-id="1ee96mm" data-start="1273" data-end="1326">Provide technical oversight and quality assurance</li>

<p data-start="1328" data-end="1344"><strong data-start="1328" data-end="1344">Requirements</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="whcx3" data-start="1345" data-end="1433">Proven experience in a team-leading geotechnical role (Principal/Associate/Director level)</li>
<li data-section-id="nw93eq" data-start="1434" data-end="1501">Strong commercial awareness and business development capability</li>
<li data-section-id="1oljzdr" data-start="1502" data-end="1546">Chartered or working towards chartership</li>
<li data-section-id="kmfibr" data-start="1547" data-end="1574">Full UK driving licence</li>
<li data-section-id="119jso1" data-start="1575" data-end="1607">Full right to work in the UK</li>
<li data-section-id="17s6u93" data-start="1608" data-end="1667">Must live in or near to Guildford area</li>
