What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Data Entry Specialist:
- Clarifying customer complaints
- Determining the cause of the problem
- Identifying and explaining the best solution
- Expediting corrections or adjustments
- Following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain and update customer account records
- Process customer account adjustments and financial updates
- Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Assist with order management and product management activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- 0–12 months of customer service experience
- 0–12 months of warehouse experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of warehouse systems, processes, and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work assigned shifts
- Familiarity with logistics concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to follow work procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
- Basic computer skills, including documents and spreadsheet software
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
