You will work primarily during day shifts, with a schedule of four 9-hour shifts, including occasional float to pre/post-op areas and to Beacon Dowagiac on Mondays for surgical cases. The role focuses on enhancing surgical outcomes through skilled assistance and requires a minimum of one year of experience.
