NOW HIRING: Water Damage Technician Helper
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our restoration team as a
Water Damage Technician Helper. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and want an opportunity to build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with water, fire, and sewage cleanup and restoration projects
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment
- Perform demolition of damaged materials as needed
- Help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Work alongside experienced technicians to restore homes and businesses after property damage
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work occasional after-hours and emergency response calls
- Leadership or team lead experience is preferred but not required
Experience:
Previous experience in restoration, construction, demolition, general labor, or a related field is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
