Responsibilities: Manage complex revenue recognition and financial accounting Build forecasts and cash flow projections for active projects Support general ledger functions and lead divisional workflows for financial close cycles Identify efficiencies to accelerate reporting timelines and automate financial workflows Prepare consolidated budget models and strategic analysis for leadership presentations Collaborate with sales teams to optimize contract payment structures and cash flow Establish financial health metrics to track project execution against established plans Maintain internal controls and coordinate documentation for year-end external audits Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field 5+ years of accounting and FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $115,000–$125,000 This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
