About the Role
<p>We are seeking an <strong>Electrical Control Panel Assembler</strong> to build and test electrical control panels used in large industrial water systems. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on electrical assembly experience and strong mechanical aptitude in an industrial or manufacturing environment.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Assemble and wire electrical control panels and enclosures</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Test and troubleshoot panel wiring as needed</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support production and assist other departments when necessary</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>High School Diploma or GED required</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>3+ years of experience in electrical panel assembly or related industrial electrical work</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Comfortable working overtime, including Saturdays</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, pump systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Allen-Bradley control systems</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Industrial water treatment or water system equipment</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Work Environment:<br />This position is based in an industrial manufacturing environment and may involve lifting, standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working around loud equipment, heat, dust, fumes, and moving machinery.</p>
