Responsibilities:
â¢Provide a high quality employee experience
â¢Comfortable interacting with onsite vendors, employees, and guests
â¢Handle multiple requests and respond to employees with a customer first mindset
â¢Maintain excellent daily communication with all stakeholders across the business
â¢Own and manage catering various vendors with team and security
â¢Own set up and break down for all on site events(company meeting, onsites, etc)
â¢Assist with special administrative projects and events, including ad hoc tasks from the business
â¢Assist with preventative maintenance duties
â¢Ensure storage etiquette is maintained throughout the building
â¢Operate the Workplace Jira ticketing portal
â¢Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs.
â¢Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and package deliveries
â¢Inventory, order, organize and manage office supply stock in copy and conference rooms
â¢Manage the Google Calendar and event bookings for large event spaces
â¢Assist with budgets oversight
â¢Escalate any facilities issues to the manager and appropriate Workplace team members in a timely manner
Additional job requirements:
â¢Consistent onsite availability during business hours
â¢Some work during evenings and weekends, as needed
â¢Prompt and timely response to all communications
â¢Ability to escalate communications during facility emergency related incidents
â¢Ability to assist during emergency incidents such as building evacuations
â¢English fluency in writing and speaking
â¢Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
â¢Work is mostly performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs.
â¢Front desk experience
Weâd Love To Chat If You Have:
â¢1-3 years of Workplace/Hospitality experience
â¢Workplace related experience in the hospitality field
â¢Vendor management experience
â¢Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
â¢Familiarity with Slack, Jira, and Envoy
â¢Enjoy working in a professional office environment
Compensation: $22/hour
