Sales Negotiator - East London £28,000 - £30,000 Basic | OTE £55,000 - £60,000We're working with a leading residential developer on an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join their on-site sales team at a prestigious new build development in East London.This is a fantastic chance to work on a high-quality, multi-phase scheme offering 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, complete with a residents' concierge service, gym and beautifully landscaped communal parkland. With multiple phases actively selling and strong buyer demand, there's serious earning potential for the right candidate.The RoleBased at the on-site Sales & Marketing Suite, you'll be guiding buyers through the full purchase journey - from initial enquiry right through to exchange and completion. You'll be the face of the development, delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the quality of the homes on offer.Day to day this will include qualifying and managing prospective buyers, conducting show home appointments and site tours, progressing sales pipelines and chasing solicitors, maintaining accurate CRM records, and working consistently to weekly and monthly targets.What We're Looking ForExperience in new homes sales is preferred, though candidates from a strong residential or customer-facing sales background will also be considered. You'll be confident, well-presented and target-driven, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
