Reporting into the Technical Manager, you’ll be joining someone who is known for being forward-thinking, collaborative, and passionate about developing strong teams. This role is positioned as a true number two within the technical function, offering both responsibility and the opportunity to influence how things are done moving forward. What you’ll be doing: Supporting and developing a small QA team (currently two people) Helping to embed and improve quality systems and processes across site Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards Working closely with the Technical Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives This isn’t about maintaining the status quo. It’s about building on recent progress and helping shape a quality function that supports the business as it continues to grow.
